Tel Dor is one of the major biblical-classical tells in Israel, located on the Mediterranean coast. The site was occupied from the Bronze Age through the Roman Period. The international consortium, headed by Prof. Ayelet Gilboa, with Prof. Ilan sharon (Hebrew University), is focusing on East-West cultural interactions throughout these periods.
