Ein Hilu is a Chalcolithic site located in the Jordan Valley 15 km south of Beth Shan. Dr. S. Bar leads the excavations of the site with the aim of uncovering the remains of a Ghassulian village – the first to be excavated in the western part of the Jordan Valley in the desert fringes of Samaria.
